Vouchers are valid for the following resorts:
CLASSIC vouchers: /Ai-/Ais Hotsprings & Spa, Hardap, Halali, Namutoni, Okaukuejo, Popa Falls, Waterberg Resort, Gross Barmen, Naukluft Camp, Hobas Lodge
ECO vouchers: Sossus Dune Lodge, Dolomite Camp, and Onkoshi Camp
Vouchers are valid from 4 December 2025 to 30 April 2026. All bookings and travel need to be done before 30 April 2026.
All bookings must be made in advance at the NWR office in Windhoek or in Swakopmund or by email (reservations@nwr.com.na - email bookings take two working days to be processed).
Booking is required. Vouchers cannot be redeemed online and not at the Resorts.
Bookings are subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for keeping their vouchers safe.
