Vouchers are strictly valid for travel dates from 5 Dec 2023 to 30 April 2024.
All bookings must be made in advance at the NWR office in Windhoek or in Swakopmund or by email (reservations@nwr.com.na - email bookings take 48 hours to be processed).
Vouchers cannot be redeemed online and not at the Resorts.
Bookings are subject to availability.
Clients are responsible for keeping their vouchers safe.
