On Sunday, December 10th, 2023, in celebration of Namibia's Women's Day, Let's Go Hiking Namibia will be hosting a hike supporting the Hear Our Cry Foundation.
Hear Our Cry Foundation is built around Mpho Luvy Monyai’s life experience with sexual abuse and untreated trauma. Mpho is a certified Mental Health coach. She shares her transformational process from being a victim into a victor, using her pain and turning it into a message of hope.
HOCF aims to advocate and build awareness through arts and cultural activities, on the aftermath of Childhood sexual assault and neglect. We want to inform and educate the community on the effects of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.
