The Windhoek Oktoberfest brilliantly blends German tradition with Namibian flair. Held annually, always the last weekend in October, this event has become a highlight of the country's cultural calendar. Visitors to the Windhoek Oktoberfest can expect lederhosen, dirndls, oompah and local music, offering a lively cultural fusion. The event showcases a range of traditional Bavarian dishes and Namibian specialties, accompanied by Festbier, a unique beer brewed by Namibia Breweries specially for the festival.
