The MTC Dome Decathlons is a circuit event, whereby the local sport enthusiast can compete in a variety of sport codes to test their endurance,strength and skill, whilst having fun along the way.
Each team, consisting of 6 members, is required to participate and complete 10 stations, each with a different sport code; Table Tennis, Volleyball, Soccer, Indoor Hockey, Gymnastics Obstacle Course, HTC HIIT Course, Inline Hockey, Basketball, Spinning, Push ups. Only 4 members will be participating at a time.
Winners are based on the best times. Prizes to the value of N$10 000.
