Attendance of an event
Only the first person using a ticket will be permitted access to an event. Neither Webtickets Namibia nor the Event Partner will be liable in respect of any fraudulent copies or other reproduction of tickets that are presented at the checking point.

The venue and the Event Partner reserve the right to refuse admission. Webtickets Namibia is not responsible for securing any venue, granting the Customer admission to any venue, ensuring seating arrangements for any venue, or for the scheduling, timely delivery, suitability, or quality of performances, venues, or seating arrangements.

The Customer attends events at his/her own risk. Webtickets Namibia is not responsible for the arrangements of any event or for the security of the Customer’s self or property at an event.

Webtickets Namibia makes no representations whatsoever relating to the quality or capacity of any venue, event, good, or service for which tickets are sold.

Privacy policy
Webtickets Namibia is committed to protecting the Customer’s private data. The Company will collate the information provided by the Customer to provide him/her with services and personalize use and visits of the Site. The Company may also use such information to inform the Customer about changes in the services offered, to conduct transactions of sales and services, to inform the Customer about the Company’s features, and to distribute relevant advertising via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and/or phone. Webticket Namibia’s Event Partners will be provided access to the personal information of tickets holders for their events.

The Webtickets Namibia Site uses technologies such as cookies, web beacons, and unique device identifiers to identify the Customer’s computer or device so the Company can deliver a better experience. The Company’s systems also log information such as the Customer’s browser, operating system, and IP address. If authorized by the Customer, Webtickets Namibia may also access profile and other information from third party services such as Facebook.

Webtickets Namibia’s systems may associate personal information with activities in the course of providing service to the Customer (e.g., pages viewed or links clicked)

Webtickets Namibia’s service does not currently recognize the "Do Not Track" signal that may be available in some web browsers.

Webtickets Namibia uses Nedbank and iVery services for online payment transactions, and will try to ensure that payment information provided by the Customer is suitably protected. However, Webtickets Namibia cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information provided to the Company.

Webtickets Namibia does not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If any individual believes we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact Webtickets Namibia immediately so the Company can promptly obtain parental consent or remove the information.

All details of an event are provided to Webtickets Namibia by the Event Partner. The Company does not endorse any of the events posted on the Site and does not determine or control delivery, prices, or availability of tickets. Webtickets Namibia accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracy, unavailability, or changes in pricing that may occur with the events and tickets posted on the Site.
