The information submitted by the Customer will be processed as provided. If s/he realises that an error has been made or a change is required, please contact Webtickets Namibia immediately.

Webtickets Namibia will not be obliged to issue any tickets to the Customer prior to receiving full payment of the agreed amount payable. Should the Company be unable to receive duly effect such payment for any reason, the Customer’s booking may be cancelled and tickets may be resold to another customer without further notice.

Webtickets Namibia attempts to send the Customer a confirmation for every valid booking request received. Failure to receive such confirmation notice will not affect the validity of the booking agreement between the parties. If a confirmation notice is not received after submitting payment information, or if an error message or service interruption occurs, contact Webtickets Namibia immediately to confirm whether or not the order has been received and processed. Webtickets Namibia will not be liable for any losses incurred by the Customer if s/he assumes that a booking was not processed because a confirmation was not received.

Tickets are sold subject to the venue or Event Partner's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.

Cancellations, refund, exchange of tickets

It is the Customer’s responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled, and note the date and time of any rescheduled event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, Webtickets Namibia will use reasonable methods to notify ticket holders of the cancellation once has received the relevant authorisation from the Event Partner. Webtickets Namibia does not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event..

Event Partners may refuse admission to events, alter the program or seating arrangements for events, or postpone or cancel events without notice. In such case, the Event Partner may offer a refund or exchange of tickets for which the Customer may be required to follow certain procedures outlined by the Event Partner.

Only the Event Partner can consent to the cancellation, return, or exchange of any tickets. Webtickets Namibia will act under the express direction of the Event Partner.

Risk for loss and damage to the tickets shall pass to the Customer upon your receipt thereof. Tickets that have been lost, stolen, or destroyed will not be refunded or replaced for any reason.

Ticket resales
Reselling of tickets purchased from Webtickets Namibia is strictly prohibited. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket is grounds for seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
